On the same floor are the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace with sea views, the second bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and the completely equipped kitchen.

There is a garage space for one car in the basement and outdoor parking.

The Puente Romano tennis and paddle club is only at 200 metres and provides Pilates, fitness, sauna, Turkish bath and coffee shop. The beach and the sea promenade are only at a few metres from the apartment. At a short walk there are several beach clubs and restaurants, the nearest are: Puente Romano beach club, Marbella Club and Victor’s beach. Marbella and Puerto Banus are at a 20 minute walk aprox. through the sea promenade.

The minimum stay required is one month. A maid service is included twice a week three hours to clean the apartment. Additional service can be hired when booking the apartment at extra cost.
