This property is very well maintained as the owners reside there. It includes cleaning service three days a week during four hours. Puerto banus and the beach are at a 5 min. drive. Marbella town is at a 10 min. drive. There are several golf courses within 3 min. drive.

 

The entrance hall leads to an ample living room. There are two further living rooms one with an open fire place and the other one more informal with an enormous TV screen next to a modern design open plan kitchen completely equipped and dining area. There is a separate main dining room as well. The living rooms access to a large covered terrace comfortable furnished with views to the sea, mountain and swimming pool. By the pool there is a BBQ and dining table for outdoor meals. On this floor there are three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor is situated the enormous master bedroom with living area, flat screen TV, access to a large terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate walk in shower. Another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and separate walk in shower and access to the terrace is situated on this floor.

In the basement is located the indoor heated pool (no heated during the summer), a fitness room and a shower, the laundry room with cloakroom for staff and the garage for three cars.

The staff work permanent for the house and they take care to clean the BBQ when used. Additional service can be hired with long advance notice. The gardener takes care of the swimming pool and garden maintenance.

La Cerquilla is a quite residential area of Nueva Andalucia near the golf courses Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha.
