The beach and the sea promenade are only at a few metres from the apartment. At a short walk there are several beach clubs and restaurants, the nearest are: Puente Romano beach club, Marbella Club and Victor’s beach. Marbella and Puerto Banus are at a 20 minute walk aprox. through the sea promenade and at a 5 min. drive.

The minimum stay required is one month. A maid service is included twice a week three hours to clean the apartment. Additional service can be hired when booking the apartment at extra cost.

A minimum stay of 1 month is required for holiday rentals.
