This lovely 2 bedroom garden apartment, stylishly decorated and fully furnished, is situated in a fantastic private community with grand swimming pool and gardens in the area of Guadalmina close to San Pedro de Alcantara. Alhambra del Golf is only at a 5 min. drive to Puerto Banus and 10 min. drive to Marbella. The nearest beach is at 700 m. There are several golf courses within 5 minutes drive.

 

The living room has a cozy fireplace and gives on a terrace overlooking the community garden and swimming pool. There is direct access to the gardens through the terrace. The bedrooms are spacious as the terraces have been added. The apartment has 2 extras beds with the possibility of sleeping up to 6 people.

The kitchen is totally equipped including a breakfast table. There is air conditioning throughout (hot/cold). There is satellite TV.

The community gardens are very well kept, including sun-beds and umbrellas, a children pool and playground. Near Alhambra del Golf is a paddle and tennis club very well managed by a professional team. In summer intensive courses are organized for children and adults. The beach is quite close.

A minimum stay of 1 month is required for short term rental.
