This ancient house, which was once the Archbishop of Palma home, and its tower was used as a pirate lookout, has been exquisitely restored in a mix of elegant Moorish and bohemian styles, and has been featured in several interior design magazines. The antique wooden entrance door opens onto a traditional Mallorcan open air patio with magnificent stoned archways and the original ancient stoned flooring, marvellously maintained and decorated with lush greenery and candelabras. The open plan dining/sitting room on the lower level is beautifully decorated, with a cosy fire place and music system. The kitchen, situated by this room, contains all modern utilities (electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, drier, 2 fridges) and opens onto a covered dining area of the patio. There is under floor heating throughout the house.

The second level holds an office with a sun terrace and spectacular sea views, and the master double bedroom (low level bed) with en-suite bathroom, enjoys its own fireplace and its windows open onto the patio. The 3rd level, entering the tower, holds a sitting room (bedroom) with bathroom. A romantic 4 poster double bedroom (low level bed) is situated on the top floor and enjoys fantastic sea views from several small windows around the room.

The lovely beach cove with its pristine Mediterranean waters, perfect for diving, is reached by a 10 min. walk through a pretty olive grove. The beautiful village of Deia with its restaurants, bars, art shops and the famous Hotel La Residencia is right next door (2km. distance)
