A grand staircase leads to the spacious hall which overlooks the living room. On the first floor there are two master suites with bathrooms and access to a large covered terrace with beautiful views. Both suites have a sitting and a study area.

On the other side of the patio there is a sauna, laundry room, the garage and a self contained staff apartment which includes a sitting room and a bedroom en-suite, where the maid in charge of the cleaning resides. A daily cleaning is included from Monday to Friday 4 hours.

With a southerly aspect and large windows the property benefits from abundance of natural light. Accenting the interior are terracotta and wood floors, chestnut and teak woodwork and high ceilings.

This house is very well maintained by the owners who live in all year. Los Arqueros Golf and La Quinta Golf are about 5 min. drive. All shops, supermarket, pharmacy are within 5 min. drive.
